Plasma Cutting

Plasma cutting is a thermal cutting process that uses a high-speed stream of ionized gas (plasma) to cut through conductive materials such as steel, aluminum, and copper. The plasma is created by heating a gas, such as air or nitrogen, to a high temperature, creating a highly conductive plasma stream.

This stream is then directed at the material being cut, effectively melting and vaporizing it, leaving a clean, precise cut. Plasma cutting is commonly used in industries such as construction, manufacturing, and welding for cutting thick materials, or for creating large or complex shapes.

One of the advantages of plasma cutting is its ability to cut through materials quickly and efficiently, making it a cost-effective solution for many applications.
