Waterjet Cutting

Waterjet cutting is a precision cutting method that uses a high-pressure stream of water mixed with an abrasive substance to cut through materials.

It's a non-heat producing process, making it ideal for cutting heat-sensitive materials like composites, foam, and rubber.

The process is also versatile and can be used to cut a wide range of materials including metal, glass, stone, and ceramics.

Waterjet cutting provides precise cuts with minimal material deformation, and its versatility makes it suitable for a variety of applications, such as industrial manufacturing, architecture, and art.

Despite being more expensive, we find this a favourable cutting method when Stainless Steel and Nickel alloy plate when accuracy or intricacies is priority.

Have a DXF or DWG to adhere to? No problem!  Sent it over and we will have the material cut directly from this.
